Target of zero emissions is achieved with our filtration & scrubbing technology. Our sequence achieves a fuel Carbon Intensity of 6.525gCO2e/MJ, exceeding the NRC grant criteria of 93gCO2e/MJ.

No-dry is a big deal.

Our system has the capability to accept wet feedstock. This greatly reduces material handling costs associated with traditional waste-to-energy processes.

Premium quality products.

Generate revenue through the production high value byproducts. Carbon rich biochar and low Sulphur content renewable diesel are process outputs. Steam turbines and heat exchangers capture heat and steam as electrical energy. Syngas can be used to produce clean hydrogen.

Premium quality soil fertilizer and amender

  • Improves soil porosity and water retention.
  • Reduces nitrous oxide, decreasing acidity emissions.
  • Regulates nitrogen leaching and improves microbial properties.
  • Harmless for the environment based on the content analyses of carbon, nitrogen, ash, metal, dioxin, and furan.
  • The Canadian Food Inspection Agency (CFIA) would certify this under the Federal Fertilizer Act as a level II soil supplement (CFIA 2017).
  • Adheres to AISO TS 17225-8 (ISO 2016) standards to ensure consistency and classification of the biochar with international standards for pellets.
  • Can be customized to end user requirements to have 63-89% Carbon content.

Low Sulphur fuel derived directly from living matter

  • Low Sulphur content (0.03 to 0.3%).
  • Exceeds clean biofuel standards. (Clean Fuel Regulations (SOR/2022-140) the fuel Carbon Intensity of Diesel is required to be less than 93 gCO2e/MJ. Our fuel Carbon Intensity of 6.525 gCO2e/MJ is significantly better than the requirements from the Clean Fuel Regulations. As per the Renewable Fuels Regulations (SOR/2010-189) as a renewable fuel.)
